Privacy Notice

Short version
We don't run a database. Everything you type into the wizard stays in your browser. We only send anything over the network if you explicitly click "Email me a copy".
PDPO compliance
This notice describes how we handle personal data under Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).
What stays on your device
All wizard inputs — property address, lease terms, names, HKID numbers, etc. — live in your browser's localStorage. They never reach our servers and we have no way to read them.
What's sent if you click "Email me a copy"
Your email address and the current draft are sent to our server. The server renders a PDF and hands it off to a third-party email delivery service to send it to you. We do not keep a copy of the email address, the draft, or the PDF after the email is sent.
Anonymous page-view stats
We count page views with a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not store any identifier that could point back to you. We see aggregate numbers like "50 visits to the home page today", nothing personal.
What we never collect
Marketing cookies, ad-tracking pixels, social-media tracking, fingerprinting, cross-site IDs, or any identifier that links visits across sites or devices.
Retention
localStorage drafts persist until you clear them in your browser. If you used the email feature, the third-party email service retains delivery logs per their own policy (typically up to 30 days). We retain nothing.
Your rights under the PDPO
Because we don't store your data on our servers, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. To remove a draft, clear localStorage in your browser. If you've used the email feature and want logs purged from the third-party delivery service, contact them directly.
Children
This service is not directed to anyone under 18.
